David E. Orr, PhD. David brings to WPW over forty years of experience developing and working with complex systems and technologies involving high-performance computing, advanced theoretical/applied physics/chemistry, and engineering sciences. His deep and varied areas of expertise include petrochemical exploration, waste remediation, high performance computer programming, mathematics, physics, quantum physics and artificial intelligence advancements. David has written over 200 patents and has been a patent defense consultant to major companies including Microsoft, Intel and Micron.
His other impressive career credentials include: Applying supercomputers to petroleum exploration and reservoir characterization; conducting quantum field theory research into the fundamental structure of matter; and developing massively parallel software for ab-initio quantum mechanics and neural networks and building AI- Rules-based and Case Based Reasoning Software Systems. David has applied AI to a variety of industries including Credit Scoring (Equifax), Mortgage Loans, Telecommunications Network Analysis and Repair (Verizon), Network Spares Management (Bell South).
David is one of a handful of people with the scientific knowledge needed to understand and “neutralize” NORM, and has been awarded many patents including several for this technology.
David holds a Ph.D. in Physics from University of Texas, a MS in Computer Science from University of Houston, an MBA from Pepperdine University and both a MS and BS in Mathematics from University of Texas.

Linda Tiokasin: The WPW Team plans to pay close attention to ongoing developments in NORM and associated fields - this work falls in Linda’s domain, further, Linda oversees, and interfaces with industry consultants, outside professional services and WPW Licensed companies to ensure their work remains on track and is completed to best meet the required goals and timelines.
As founder of Lakota Pride and through her consulting work with a number of startups, Linda brings cross-disciplinary experience that encompasses business strategy, fundraising, marketing, operations and business development. As an Environmental Health Scientist, Linda served as a Commissioned Corps Officer in the Public Health Service, Indian Health Service, and has worked closely with Native American tribes across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and South Dakota. She is also an authorized trainer for the U.S Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Linda has completed a post-graduate residency in Institutional Environmental Health, holds a Masters of Public Health in Preventive Medicine from Uniformed Service University of the Health Sciences and a BS in Environmental Science from Stanford University, with additional work in geology and engineering.

Paul Reynolds: Paul brings to WPW diverse experience in taking nascent companies to scale, paired with operational expertise in large enterprises, including developing and leading a thousand-member workforce. Paul brings broad cross-sector expertise to WPW and his functional experience includes strategy, business development and acquisitions, operations, marketing and R & D.
Paul’s strengths as a developer of companies arise from two capabilities -- perception (being among the first to identify gaps in the market) and synergistic thinking (synthesizing disparate pieces into innovative solutions that bridge those gaps). Paul has worked closely with Dr. Orr and Linda for 7 years now, and the WPW team has good trust and chemistry.
Paul serves as Director for First America Equity Trust, which group has planned and accomplished multiple (green energy centric) economic development projects throughout the western states and served as founding President on the Board of a Charter School in Seattle, of which he and his wife Susanna were co-founders. Originally from Ireland, Paul holds an geotechnical engineering degree from University College Dublin.
